Awarenow is now Profi
We have some exciting news to share! Starting today, Awarenow is Profi. But don’t worry, we aren’t leaving you, our customers, behind! We are simply changing our name to reflect our broader mission, which is to help all professional service providers - solopreneurs and teams - increase their revenue through optimized (and impressive/outstanding) service delivery, deeper and better client experiences and activation and automated admin processes.
Along with our name change, we are also excited to welcome Adam Miller to the Profi family. Adam is a noted technologist, philanthropist, social entrepreneur and investor, and he will now serve as Executive Chairman of Profi. Alina Trigubenko will remain as founder and CEO. There will be no staffing impact, but we are looking for a few more amazing people to join our team, including a Sales DIrector and Content Marketing Manager. Why the name change?
As our founder and CEO Alina puts it, “our mission has evolved from offering coaching and therapy services to creating the most comprehensive platform available for professional service providers - coaches, consultants, trainers and therapists. Traditional tools are fragmented and don’t take into account the unique needs of today’s busy, remote working professionals and their clients. There is no other all-in-one platform that is specific to this niche, so we invested in creating one for it.”
Whereas awarenow was primarily for coaches and therapists, Profi is laser-focused on streamlining professional service operations from all sectors, including training, accounting, financial services, legal, marketing, HR, wellness, coaching, healthcare and more. The end result being, Profi will grow as the only all-in-one solution that helps busy professionals automate cumbersome admin tasks, allowing them to focus more on providing dynamic customer experiences, delivering services, growing their businesses and maximizing their impact. Our mission is to help profis (professionals) scale faster so that they can help more people, earn more money and improve client experience. All that is required of professionals is a willingness to show up for their service delivery (session, appointment, etc), Profi will handle the rest.
How does this change affect you?
